Join me in this practical space where men can slow down, build resilience and emotional intelligence, and develop a healthier relationship with their inner world.
Amid work, responsibilities, relationships, and the relentless pace of modern life, it's easy to drift through our days on autopilot or accumulate more stress than we recognize.
Mindfulness is the act of showing up for your life, moment by moment. It offers practical tools to help us pause, notice, and respond to life with more clarity and resilience.
Each week, we’ll explore mindfulness techniques that can increase focus, emotional awareness, and presence in everyday life. Sessions feature guided meditation, reflection, and open conversations about how these tools can help us navigate stress, relationships, and the unique challenges men face today.
This isn't about emptying your mind or becoming someone else. It's about cultivating awareness, sharpening attention, and learning to approach life with greater presence and intention.
The group is drop-in, and you’re welcome at any session. You don’t need any meditation experience to show up, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
This is training in attention and awareness for real life.
