This course explores:
Session 1: Equanimity
Session 2: Lovingkindness
Session 3: Compassion
Session 4: Forgiveness
Session 5: Happiness & Joy
Each session consists of a 10–15-minute talk on a specific aspect of mindfulness, a guided meditation, and an opportunity for Q&A.
Together, we’ll deepen our mindfulness practice and expand our awareness of life and the world we share!
